Founder & Group CEO, OutMazed® Design
Aftab Nathani, is today leading the OutMazed® Group in his capacity as a Founder & Group CEO across the different active business verticals in the UAE & other parts of the world. He is an industry veteran in the verticals that OutMazed® today operates and has a proven track record of having setup successful ventures from scratch with a proven ability of running businesses through the Financial Strategy and Commercial Lens. Based out of the holding company, Aftab is today leading the team at OutMazed® Design to lay down the foundation and crux of the company having recently taken over reigns on a full time basis from Q4 2024 onwards.
A bit more about him: A qualified Chartered Accountant, an FCCA (UK) & ACA (ICAEW, UK) with 18+ years of Financial & Strategic experience across multinational / multibillion dollar corporations, Ex-Nike, Ex-Royal & Sun Alliance Insurance, Ex-Ernst & Young.
Successful setup of start up’s that are run profitably today: A fine example is the work done on OutMazed® Design wherein the return on investments speak for themselves including our noticeable projects work showcased on air (Streaming on StarzPlay / StarzOn in the series of ‘Million Dollar Listing’).
At OutMazed® Design, Aftab is responsible for giving the company the strategic direction and execution of the strategy through the management structure of the company (and by putting in the right infrastructure) in line with the growth plans of OutMazed®.
Harish Nair
Harish Nair is a seasoned Civil Engineering and Project Leadership professional with over 26 years of cross-regional experience across the UAE, Oman, and India. As Chief Projects Officer at Build Up by OutMazed Design, he leads large-scale execution with a strong emphasis on technical precision, structured quality control, and disciplined delivery.
A Six Sigma Green Belt holder and Accredited Project Quality Manager (UK) and Project Manager (UK), Harish is also a Chartered Practitioner (PCQI – UK) and was nominated for Engineer of the Year at Construction Week Oman (2018). His career reflects consistent success in delivering complex, high value projects within stringent timelines, cost frameworks, and uncompromising quality benchmarks.
Harish brings deep technical expertise across Transportation Engineering, Highways, Earthworks, Steel Structures, and Project Controls. His background spans execution management, quality assurance, testing & inspection, supply audits, and comprehensive site leadership.
Holding an MBA in Total Quality Management, he combines engineering depth with strategic process optimization – ensuring projects under Build Up are executed with operational efficiency, governance discipline, and long-term structural integrity.
Under his leadership, projects are not only built – they are delivered with measurable quality, accountability, and performance excellence.
Aafreen Nathani
Aafreen is the driving force behind the core operations of OutMazed Design, leading project execution with precision, discipline, and a sharp eye for detail. As Project & Operations Director, she plays a pivotal role in transforming conceptual designs into flawlessly delivered realities.
She oversees end-to-end project execution, ensuring impeccable finishing standards while proactively resolving on-ground complexities with the right technical expertise and resource allocation. With years of experience managing multidisciplinary teams, Aafreen has successfully delivered numerous complex turnkey indoor and outdoor projects, consistently upholding the quality, efficiency, and execution excellence that define OutMazed Design
